Public Safety Command Center 112
The number, 112, is free to call from any phone, landline, or mobile, using any network. You should call this number immediately if you witness a crime, road or public danger, domestic violence, crisis situation, or experience unexpected health difficulties.
The Public Safety Command Center provides an operational response to any and all information, 24/7, even if calling without an index, or zip code, shut off calls, or with no SIM card.
You can also call 112 using a mobile application to send SMS and do video calls, which has voice capability and is adapted for the visually impaired, and those who are hard of hearing.
The 112 center offices, located at 1a Lisi Street in Tbilisi and at 1 Z. Paliashvili Street in Rustavi, receive information about urgent help from all over Georgia and provide the following services: emergency, medical care, police, and fire and aid services. The center’s parking lots are in the capital’s Dighomi and Varketili districts.
112 also provides evacuation services.
Medical Assistance Centers
The emergency medical assistance center, Emergency Service, is in all of Georgia’s major cities.
The medical establishments are open 24 hours a day, every day, in every city for emergency medical care, laboratory research, or coronavirus testing.
In addition, the Health Ministry of Georgia operates a hotline -1505, which you can call at any time, any day, 24 hours a day.
