The take-off point is on Ialghuji Mountain, 750 meters above sea level, 13 kilometers from the entrance to Rustavi.
You will fly a total of five to eight minutes on the northern slope towards the city, landing at a point set up near the road.
Season
The best season for paragliding on Ialghuji Mountain is spring.
Minimum weight: 30 kg
Maximum weight: 220 kg
Paragliding at this location is adapted for people with disabilities, however, minors can only fly with written parental consent.
Fly with a pilot who has a tandem-pilot certification from the Paragliding School of Georgia.
During the flight, the pilot and the passenger should wear helmets, sunglasses, and close-toed sports shoes. The pilot’s chair is equipped with a proper parachute. Take a light coat with you during the summer, but something heavier during other seasons. If necessary, the pilots will provide you with clothes.
The pilot can record the flight with a GoPro camera upon request. Before your take-off, the pilot will provide you with important instructions.
