Where is Ice Lake and how do you get to it?
Near the village of Nakra, adjacent to the Chube Khevi area, follow the Tsalgmili peak to the east, and you will discover a beautiful lake surrounded by icy mountains. The lake is 150 meters long and 50 meters wide, and the icy peaks of the Greater Caucasus stand alongside like giant guardians.
Most of the lake is frozen and it encompasses a total area of about 5,300 square meters. It is best to visit in the summertime and hire an experienced guide.
