What to Keep in Mind while Planning Your Route

The Memuli Lakes are located at an altitude of 2,760 and 2,905 metres above sea level, and getting to them is quite difficult.

If you do decide to pay the lakes a visit, keep in mind that you’ll need to overcome a number of steep inclines and declines, and you might need to cross the ice en route to the lakes as well.

Bearing all of the above in mind, you’ll want to ensure you’re adequately equipped and wearing proper attire. It’s recommended to hire an experienced guide, to make your travel safer and easier.

Overcoming these difficulties is absolutely worth the extra trouble, as you’ll see through gorgeous lakes at the end of your hike.
