The take-off point is 2,245 meters high on the Military Highway, near the panoramic belvedere, as the locals call it, next to the so-called Monument of Friendship.
You descend into a valley, to the top of a specially set up landing point in the Tetri Aragvi River, with a flight time of 20 to 25 minutes.
The ideal season for paragliding is during summer and early autumn.
Minimum weight: 30 kg
Maximum weight: 220 kg
Minors must have written parental consent to fly.
You will fly with a certified tandem pilot from the Paragliding School of Georgia.
During the flight, the pilot and the passenger should wear a helmet, sunglasses, and closed-toed sports shoes. Take a light jacket and apply sunscreen during the summer, and wear something warm if you go in any other season.
The pilot’s chair is equipped with a proper parachute and, upon request, you can ask your pilot to record your flight with an action camera like a GoPro.
Before the flight, the pilot will give you instructions and important information.
